Recipe:  I picked a very underexposed shot to show just how far you can use Totally Rad actions to transform a shot.    For this shot this is what I did,

  1. Yin/Yang – 100%  lightened her and chair
  2. Flatten
  3. Lights on – overall image, reduced to 45%
  4. Contrast 100%
  5. New layer, colour balance, reduced yellow, increase cyan and then reduced overall opacity to 70%
  6. Lassooed + levels adjustment on her face
  7. Burned back shadows slightly at 4% of face
  8. Antique tone at 50%
  9. Boutwell Magic Glasses at 75%
  10. Flare up Golden 25%
  11. Masked her face + dark top left corner back in at 71%
  12. Get Faded Winter 39%
  13. Pro retouch 62% on face + arms and reduced overall to 50%
  14. Change image to Lab mode
  15. Layer duplicate
  16. Change layer mode to Multiply
  17. Reduce to 25%
  18. Change image back to RGB
  19. Claire-fy 22%
  20. Then finally!!  Did a curves adjustment for medium contrast (cs4)
