2. Flare Up (golden) 11%
3. Cloned out the fuzz on the jacket
4. Pro Retouch painted on at 42% opacity/ 40% fill with the layer at 40% & eye bump at the same opacities
5. A few skin retouches with the clone brush
6. Boutwell magic glasses at 100% on eyes and at 40% over the rest of the image.
