The image was shot in Raw and I just adjusted the basics in ACR. Then I used:

1. Bitchin B&W,
2. Boutwell Magic glasses,
3. Lux hard (and just slightly lowered the opacity on all three action layers).
4. Then flattened, duplicated the background layer and applied a highpass filter at 4.3 px with the layer set to Overlay.
