My Recipe:

  1. Run Troy at 100%
  2. Brush  the sky with 100% opacity and 50% flow on Color Curve
  3. Flatten
  4. run BigBlue at 100%, Brush the sky with 100% opacity and Flow
  5. flatten
  6. run BigBlue again at 100%, Brush the sky with 100% opacity and Flow
  7. flatten
  8. Burn the left part of the sky with 50% exposure on midtones
  9. run Oh Snap at 100%
  10. run slice like a ninja at 50%
  11. flatten
  12. Run burn out at 50%
