Recipe:

1. For the bottom layer I used the action “Rusty Cage”. It is set to “Pass Through” with an opacity of 58%
2. Next Layer I used action “EZ-Burn”. It is set to “Linear Burn” with an opacity of 60%
3. The next layer is a Levels Adjustment layer which I used to increase the drama the image casts
4. Then the top layer is an frame I like to use which is set to “Multiply”.
