iFolios has developed an iPhone-friendly website template for photographers that can easily be added on to your existing website. Once everything is setup your smartphone traffic will automatically be detected and redirected to your mobile site where visitors can check out your work, learn more about you, and drop you a note.

Updates are easy and stress free because iFolios has integrated its site template with WordPress' ultra user-friendly content management system. Features include editable site logo, home page image, page names, background color/texture as well as various WordPress plugins allowing neat things like the ability to embed videos that you've uploaded to YouTube! The site also includes the ability to create unlimited galleries and there is no limit to the number of images that you can add to each gallery.

Ready to talk turkey? The Self-Install package only costs $89, but you're responsible to do the setup on your own (step-by-step instructions are included in the product kit). Or, you can upgrade to the Assisted Install package for $159 and the iFolios team will install WordPress on your server and setup the mobile browser detection so all you have to do is upload your images and add your page content. Lastly, if you're digging it but you just don't have the time you'll want to go with iFolios' Full Service Installation where they'll install WordPress, setup the mobile browser detection, and build out your entire mobile site using content and images (about 20-25) from your current website.

BE SURE TO GET YOUR TOTALLY RAD DISCOUNT OF $20 OFF by using the coupon code RAD at iFolios' checkout.

Very Exciting!!! I'm bad about using normal straps. The one that came with my camera is just too short so it hurts my neck. On one of my cameras I actually just use a hand strap. THIS strap would be 1000 times better than what I currently do! I really hope I win!

The video just convinces me that this is THE must have strap for me! I am the official photographer for an outdoor concert series -- shooting for 4 - 5 hours a night with my trusty 70 - 200mm 2.8f Nikon lens on my Nikon D90 makes for a LOT of weight! Being able to sling my big girl around my shoulder instead of around my neck would make my life sooooooo much less painful!!! Not to mention stylish -- and a great way to show off this awesome strap to the thousands of people who watch me work every weekend (I'll shamelessly plug the Blackstrap RS-W1 as well as Totally Rad Actions on my website and Facebook page)! :-D
LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

(08.18.10 @ 01:50 PM)
Dana Laymon says:

Because I have nothing! This is my passion and I'm dying for any camera equipment and accessories! I trying to quit my day job while saving up for the big leap. I'm trying to even save up for some RAD actions!! But this would be one less thing I need to get and would help SO much! I love rad actions!!!

(08.18.10 @ 01:20 PM)
Elaine says:

I should win that strap because I have damaged the tendons in my fingers and can no longer carry my camera around through a full shoot (especially with my 70-200 lens on)! This strap would be ideal for me (and my fingers) I could let the camera hang by my side and let the hand rest when needed and not miss a shot if I need the camera back quickly!

(08.18.10 @ 01:09 PM)
Marcy says:

my current camera strap = short & uncomfortable but the Blackrapid RS-W1 camera strap = perfect for me to chase my super active 2 year old around with...I have been looking for a new strap and this one "fits" the bill :-) U GUYS ROCK!

(08.18.10 @ 01:07 PM)
amy says:

My D300 somehow came without a strap and due to an iron deficiency, i've been eating spinach like a certain sailor. With all the heavy lifting I do with my camera, it's either win the strap or get an achor tatoo on my now BULGING foreamrs!!! AHKKK guk guk guk guk!!!

(08.18.10 @ 01:07 PM)
Jenna Humphreys says:

Honestly, I never use a camera strap, for a few reasons. One of the only times that I did, the camera came crashing off of the strap and hitting the floor, (damage was minimal but I lost trust for sure). They're never comfortable! Straps tend to grab body parts that if any human being did what they do, they would be charged with assault. And finally they're just way too limiting. I like to be proactive with my brides, and helping her get strands of hair out of her face, with a camera in the way, just doesn't work. I end up putting my camera down about 100 times during weddings, which is just plain scary and risky. Give my body some love and send me that strap!

(08.18.10 @ 01:05 PM)
Heather says:

I'd look hot wearing this strap at Burning Man.

(08.18.10 @ 01:02 PM)
Andrea says:

Last weekend, while shooting photos of my kids, I leaned over to pick up my son while wearing the camera around my neck and it swung and bonked him on the head! This strap would keep the camera in place on my hip, leaving my hands more free to work, not to mention being so much more comfortable. My son really wants me to win this strap so he won't get anymore bumps on the head!

(08.18.10 @ 12:31 PM)
Julie says:

I need a camera strap that's comfortable! I always end up with red marks from where I move it around on my neck during a shoot, and I've been looking for one that's so practical and comfortable to wear, and also padded! This looks fabulous!
I'm just trying to get my photo business off the ground, and am always looking for ways to improve it! I hope I win!

(08.18.10 @ 12:23 PM)
Sarah says:

I always find myself struggling with my short strap, switching it from shoulder to shouler to lessen the weight... all while carrying another camera and toting around whatever else I'm using for the day. I'm a clutzy, long torso curved gal who would love to win this!

(08.18.10 @ 12:15 PM)

My best friend is a fantastic photographer. Her father-in-law is dying, she recently learned that her husband is a scoundrel (if you know what I mean) and her life is falling apart. It would make her so happy to receive a groovy little gift such as the Black Rapid camera strap.

(08.18.10 @ 11:35 AM)
Joy says:

I am venturing into photography business in the next month and would be thrilled to have this strap with me when I start doing photoshoots. I have always loved long straps. My nikon strap is not long enough for me as I always hang it crossbody style. This would be PRERFECT!!!

(08.18.10 @ 11:32 AM)
Kim says:

It will help cover my big butt with my camera and take the focus off it! I need it NOW!!
(FYI...I am trying to be funny and cleaver to win this!)

(08.18.10 @ 11:26 AM)
Kat says:

After an eight hour wedding shoot, my back, neck, and shoulders feel like they are going to fall off. Even after going to the chiropractor, getting massages, and doing yoga, nothing has lessened the pain after a full day of shooting. This strap would help me immensely by moving the weight of my bulky camera off my neck! Thanks so much!

(08.18.10 @ 11:19 AM)
Bananasandrice says:

I need this strap because I have three kids, a husband, and a business and I spend a lot of time bending over backwards to please everyone....I would really appreciate a strap that bends over to please me! Plus I do a lot of overseas shooting in very hot rural third world villages, and it's hard enough carrying around equipment, but bad straps make it so unpleasant.

(08.18.10 @ 11:06 AM)
Mitchi Rosale-Jang says:

This will really help me with my neck aches when carrying my camera and zoom lens. I would love to have this neck strap!

(08.18.10 @ 10:51 AM)
Monique Smith says:

A competitive freestyle wrestling for 9 years (4 years varsity) has left my body a mess; In that time I wrestled olympic medalists and Canadian national team members on a daily basis. Have you ever had your head taken between someone's arms and had their full body weight wrenched on you, trying to bring you down to the mat? Needless to say, my neck is destroyed with facet deterioration and a compressed disk. Finally wising up and retiring from the sport, I now have my own photography business, photographing wrestlers (and other events) instead of competing. One of the greatest barriers to my photography: The pain I experience from a heavy camera and lens weighing down on my neck from an awkward neck strap. Often in the middle of a shoot I need to find a place to stretch or will pop a few pain killers. A new, comfy camera strap may prevent me from wrestling my camera in the event of a flashback-- thinking that my awkward camera strap is someone's hand bearing down on my neck! And while I might beat the camera and strap at first... I'm certain that the thousands of dollars lost in camera equipment would be the most devastating loss of my life! Prevent painful flashbacks by helping me win a new camera strap!

(08.18.10 @ 10:49 AM)
Emily High says:

I have a wedding comming up on August 28th and my wrists are giving me pain due to carting a very good, but heavy, lens around! This strap would help me shoot this wedding with out pain in my wrists. Currently I do not have a strap for my camera, as my business is only on the small baby begining steps to becoming a successful business. Thank you for considering me in this give-away!

(08.18.10 @ 10:49 AM)

I am a new photographer and all that I want and all that I need is so expensive! I have list and list and list upon list! I have been dreaming about all the Totally Rad Actopms for over a year now, for example........: - ) Would very much love the camera strap. Thanks for the opportunity to win it! Love, Celia

(08.18.10 @ 10:32 AM)
Tabitha says:

I SERIOUSLY need this strap! My current "strap situation" consists of me and my strap in a fight to the bitter end. I'm constantly struggling with it during my photo sessions and only use it because I want to protect my camera. I could really use an "across the shoulder" strap and would love love love having one specifically designed for a girl like me. I can't tell you how much I would appreciate winning this giveaway!!!!!! Thanks!!!! :)

(08.18.10 @ 10:23 AM)
Bunn Salarzon says:

I don't currently use a strap because a neck- and hand-strap has been too short and cut me off at the neck or locked my hand in a tight position that I can barely release the shutter. (A waste of money!) Hence, free-falling. Okay, the word "fall" is a big risk especially for someone so clumsy -- I trip over my own toes! -- and only own one camera body. D'oh!

(08.18.10 @ 10:11 AM)
Christi says:

I've recently returned to wedding photography after giving birth to a beautiful baby girl! While I'm very happy to be back in the wedding game, I find my neck and shoulders aching much more than they did pre-baby. Thanks to pregnancy, my body has changed and I am no longer comfortable with a traditional camera strap. I KNOW the Blackrapid RS-W1 camera strap will help me be more comfortable during weddings so I can focus my attention back to the happy couple and away from my aching neck! I would love to win this strap, but if I don't I know the winner will be someone very deserving of it! Good luck to all!

I totally need one of these. Looks really slick. Perfect.

I use two cameras to shoot a wedding and I need a better solution for attaching my 2nd camera to me...I've left it I don't know how many places and had far too many "Where's my other camera?" moments:-/ This camera strap would save me from potentially having to replace my 2nd camera and give me a piece of mind:)

(08.18.10 @ 09:49 AM)
Kim says:

Oh yes I seriously need this...could have used it on Saturday when my camera strap broke. LOVE the way it moves with you.

Nursing mama / photographer would definitely come in handy. Plus the cross strap would prevent the chance of it falling of my shoulder and knocking a little one in the head. Safety first...pick me!

Lois Olson says:

I'm a wedding photographer. On a day that's ultimately feminine for the bride, it would be so wonderful to have gear that helps me feel feminine as well. I'm often squatting down, holding my Canon 5D and 70-200mm lens in one hand while assisting the bride with her train with the other hand. What a relief it would be to use the Ladies Black Rapid camera strap to leave me hands free for helping the bride pose. Digging the video, by the way. Both the model and the photographer are ultra feminine and professional. Just my style.

(08.18.10 @ 09:02 AM)

I travel internationally and cannot find a fabulous strap solution. I go into areas that I need something better, areas like Northern Uganda in the village camps, out in the open, with dozens of children.....carrying my equipment constantly.....walking a lot. This would be perfect for me!!! I'm in constant worry that I'm going to drop my camera when out of the country in remote areas. I have to keep my camera close because of safety issues and this is the way! Oh I do need this, I have some curves that it would fit perfectly!! Thank you thank you!

I have been looking for a cross-body strap for a while now...and this is PERFECT!!! Not only bc it's cross-body but because it's made for a woman and her curves...and trust me i have some curves when it comes to my chest. I believe this strap could change the way I shoot. I wouldn't have to worry about dropping my camera or my neck strap getting in the way of the shot...I NEED THIS STRAP!!!! I really hope this is the contest I win! Great job Black Rapid on your amazing creation...

I would love to have a strap like this! I broke my collar bone crashing my dirt bike, had surgery with a metal plate and 7 screws installed, then uninstalled 8 months later(2nd surgery) and my collar bone is still broken. Regular neck straps really irritate that part of my scar and bone.. I am so excited to see this strap!! It would be the perfect solution, as I am constantly moving my neck strap away from the owie. P.S. I have a crush on everything about you.

(08.18.10 @ 08:03 AM)
Natalie says:

Boy so i need this strap! trying to position and carry around my toddler with a strap that puts my camera in prime grabbing/chewing position is exhausting!

Kara says:

I NEED this strap because if something happens to my camera, I'll be out of business. This strap is incredible!

Raquel LoVetere says:

OMG - I feel I have angels around me! I have been strictly a portrait photographer for years. I just opened my doors to weddings and realized something had to change with those generic straps! Long hours and heavy cameras and lens are killing me. I was on the internet just yesterday desperately searching for better ones. The RS-W1 strap couldn't have come at a better time! I love you!

(08.18.10 @ 07:59 AM)
Penni says:

I need this strap because I photograph toddlers. Enough said!

I would love a good, quality camera strap for my main body!

(08.18.10 @ 07:58 AM)
Cindy Meadors says:

I AM IN LOVE WITH THE BLACKRAPID RS-W1 STRAP! I have never seen it before today. I am small and the bulky camera strap I have is always falling off of me. I have save my beloved camera from demise too many times, this would change the way I shoot and give me security I need to know it won't fall off my shoulder and onto the floor. That is one sweet, fine, camera strap!!!

(08.18.10 @ 07:56 AM)
tonia says:

i don't see my entry so I am trying again. I tried the men's strap and LOVED it!! I really like how it lays downward and not out on your side so that it won't keep hitting my 2yr old daughte in the head and cause brain damage! plus it is comfortable across the chest area (yes I have bigger boobs and regular straps just aren't as comfortable as these) This really is a great product! Koodos to the person who thought of designing this!!!!!!!!

(08.18.10 @ 07:53 AM)
Kate Lowenstein says:

I was just talking about this strap the other day when I was complaining about my current one! Every time I come home from shooting a wedding all day I am covered in bruises. My current strap hangs so low and my camera bangs against my upper thigh all day long. I look like I've been beaten! This would be perfect!

Ravyn says:

I have been thinking about buying this strap for awhile now ... I don't typically use a camera strap ... Mostly because I found myself being more careless with the camera (ie. knocking it into door frames, etc.). This would be the perfect solution to give me piece of mind between a stupid Nikon strap and no strap at all (which makes me so scared that I'll drop the camera).

(08.18.10 @ 07:46 AM)
Berna Constantino says:

Yay! a camera strap made just for women! Whoever designed it is strap happy, and should be highly commended. I can picture it on my camera :) Whoever wins is very lucky and is in pure bliss... ME! :) Thanks Totally RAD for the wonderful opportunity. You TotallyRockMyWorld!

(08.18.10 @ 07:43 AM)
Tonia says:

I Hope I'm not too late to enter! I tryed the men's strap and LOVED it. I REALLY would like the one for women. I LOVE how it rests facing down and won't knock my 2yr old daughter in the head and give her brain damage. Also it rests easy on my chest (with bigger boobs, regular straps are uncomfortable) :)

(08.18.10 @ 07:42 AM)
JamieY says:

I want to win it just because I have a plain old nikon strap that came with my camera and I know this would be much better. Plus my birthday is the 29th, hint hint.

(08.18.10 @ 07:37 AM)
Kimberly Brock says:

I deserve to win this camera strap b/c mine are turning my neck raw from use and sweat
and b/c I need a string of good luck!

I have had a card go bad on a wedding, broken my lense and camera - all within a one month shot!
I need a great strap liek this to help me stay positive!!

plus. i am a pretty curvy girl......and your straps rock
and i may need it in my life even if i dont win.

k thanks!

You know that things they say about starting off on the right foot? Well, I'm just starting out in this crazy photo business and I would like to do just that! (Plus I'm kinda clumsy!)

(08.18.10 @ 07:32 AM)
Miraz says:

I would LOVE to win this !! I currently have two choices - wear the camera with the strap and kill my shoulders or risk dropping it because I am a big Klutz where holding things and walking is concerned. I love how the camera can be positioned so that it either hangs down from the side or towards the back.

(08.18.10 @ 07:31 AM)
Sarah!! says:

Everytime I wear a loose fitting shirt onto a shoot I feel uncomfortable having one of my boobs cut in half by the regular camera strap. How awesome that this strap curves to fit the female body. How awesome to be able to NOT have to think about how ridiculously uncomfortable your boobs are while trying to position a couple on a shoot, with your camera around your neck.

I need this camera for the sake of my boobs. Puh-LEASE!

(08.18.10 @ 07:31 AM)
Erin says:

I would be so grateful to win this! I was just looking at Black Rapid camera straps this weekend, and I decided I couldn't spend the money right now. I am already curvier than the average woman, and now I am a new mom who is breastfeeding which adds even more, ahem, "umph" to that area. I hate camera straps, seatbelts, etc. lately and would love to have anything that makes life easier/more comfortable right now!

(08.18.10 @ 07:31 AM)
lydia gross says:

As a new photographer, I find it is so hard to get all the most comfy yet practical gear up front. Spending money to make money only works when you don't have other expenses ha I really could use a little boost in confidence with a stellar camera strap. Mine still says 'NIKON' ALL over it haha :) ps l-o-v-e my TRA's

(08.18.10 @ 07:30 AM)
Cindy says:

One of my friends has this strap and I've been trying to figure out how to steal it from her :) Now, hopefully you can save me from ruining our friendship! This strap would really help me avoid being a tangled mess and from having neck and shoulder pain.

(08.18.10 @ 07:29 AM)
Nicole White says:

Why should I win? Hmmm...Well I am a student and I lug around a huge camera bag, tons of books and of course, a PURSE! My back is starting to kill...thanks alot school...It would be so nice to have a strap that fits my body and makes it comfortable for me to shoot. I am one of those people who are possesive and over protective of their gear...So I never wear my camera around my body...this strap would make it so I can shoot more and spend less time picking up and putting down the camera. Good Luck everyone!! :)

erika says:

Oh, I need that! I'm so paranoid about dropping my camera but hate the neck strap so much! I've been considering a handstrap but this sounds like an even better solution!

(08.18.10 @ 07:22 AM)
Dawn says:

I have big boobies and the strap would allow me and the "girls" to work together instead of against each other

(08.18.10 @ 07:19 AM)
Jenessa Evans says:

WOW.... Finally someone has put thought into a great strap.... MY current strap always digs into my chest and is pretty awkward.. My "girls" constantly have on side of the strap over them and to me its pretty embarrassing when I am with a client... I would and my "girls" would love to be one of the first to use this amazing female strap!

(08.18.10 @ 07:19 AM)
Shanell says:

Awesome! Finally something for us ladies. I seriously need to win this strap because I have A) dropped my camera numerous times B) dented my Canon 70-200L due to clumsiness and C) because D Cups just get in the way, but need love too!!

(08.18.10 @ 07:18 AM)
Adesh says:

Finally a strap that doesn't strangled and choked me to death during a shoot! And I found myself lucky that I am still alive using my conventional strap...and I wonder how did I survived it. This strap will make a perfect strap for me and all the ladies out there...and hopefully I will win it or else I need to break my piggy-bank for this :)

(08.18.10 @ 07:17 AM)

I would love to win this awsome strap by tomorrow, August 18th, at 6EST because (a) I am woman, I've got some curves ;) (b) I hate my Canon strap, (c) I love design of this BlackRapid strap and (d)I've never won anything so far... it could be my first time! Pick me! Pick me!

(08.18.10 @ 07:11 AM)
Shelley says:

Amazing...Can't believe this hasn't been thought of before...Oh please, please...pick me. By the time I finish shooting, I look like my neck and bubbies have gone through grafting surgery!

(08.18.10 @ 07:10 AM)
Kacee says:

I would love one of these because when I am shooting while hiking, on the farm, or even at portrait sessions OR weddings, I often need my hands to do other things. This would be awesome to be able to just grab my camera. And not have the pesky strap around my neck, which gets heavy after a while!

(08.18.10 @ 07:09 AM)
Angie S says:

WOW!! I need this camera strap because I want to look at hot as that photographer in the video!!! :) Cool promo video.

(08.18.10 @ 07:09 AM)
Christina Tell says:

There's no reason i should win this over anyone else...we all have our reasons for wanting it...i can't stand to have my strap hanging from my neck...i want to have it slung...but the traditional strap just won't do that...i've looked at others, and none compare...this thing is a strap of beauty and extreme usefullness! I would love to have this to help my grow my starting up business!

(08.18.10 @ 07:07 AM)

For some reason, my D300 did not come with a strap. Since then, accompanied by a massive quantity of spinach, due to an Iron Deficiency, my forearms no longer look very ladylike. Instead, I'm thinking of getting an anchor tattoo and a cobb-pipe and hitting the high seas! AACk ugk ukk ukk ukkk!

(08.18.10 @ 07:07 AM)

I so need to win this because being a kiddie photographer means I'm constantly getting into places that are sticky, dirty, soggy etc and I need a reliable strap to keep my camera safe. Plus my current strap is uber lame

(08.18.10 @ 07:06 AM)
Britney says:

I would LOVE to have this strap...I'm currently using the generic Canon strap that came with my camera and I hate that it is not more functional. I'm a big girl and would love to have a strap that could be used in a way that would be comfortable and functional and I would feel safe that I wouldn't drop my camera. Thanks!

(08.18.10 @ 07:06 AM)

This would be perfect for me. I have scoliosis and getting up and down is difficult for me at times. I hang my camera around my neck to avoid any extra bending (save that for the actual photography work), but the strap is so uncomfortable and it tend to leave marks on my neck. This strap looks comfortable and I wouldn't have to constantly worry about where my camera is while I'm working! Thanks for a great giveaway!

Kelly says:

Why should I win the strap...gosh, I can't see any reason why I'd be entitled to win anything! LOL These days entitlement is probably my biggest pet peeve. So I won't say why I should win the strap. Why I'd like to win it...man my elbow hurts so bad that I think a term photographer's elbow should be coined (maybe it has). I haven't had a strap on my camera since I bought it because I was going to make one! Ha, 3 kids and I was going to make a strap. Anyway, I'd love to win it, that would be cool. But if I don't I might buy one!

Lelia Bartruff says:

Oh I love this! My camera strap is so uncomfortable that I'm always holding my camera instead of letting it hang around my neck. Combine that with the prop heavy shoots I lvoe to do and I really am going to drop my camera someday soon. It would be great to let it just hang on a strap like this. I've been looking all over for a good strap lately but hadn't found one like this. it would completely change the way I shoot! Fabulous!

Christen McMakin says:

I ride with the Patriot Guard Riders or (PGR). It's a group of motorcyclists that protect and guard military families at funerals from those that boycott war and military personnel who have been killed in war. I've photographed funerals for families who's husbands have been killed overseas in combat. Some of the missions we do are happy..homecomings from war etc. I have been trying to photograph some of these moments from the back of a motorcycle but I either have to hold the camera in my hand and pray I don't drop it while we're driving down the road, or wear the camera strap around my neck and get cut everytime I turn around to capture a shot. This camera strap would be wonderful to attach to my Canon so that I can spin around quickly and get those shots for the families and the PGR. I do other photography work as well where I have to move fast but this would be the best use of the camera strap. It would help me so much. I hope you will consider me for this giveaway. Wendy at 3:49's reason made me laugh! Oh my gosh, she should win. just because of the comment of 'sibling rivalry' between her kid and camera (I mean other child). But, if I win, I would love it because, similarly to Wendy, when I use my 'man' strap, my camera flings around all over the place! sometimes I move my camera around towards my back, then if I make any sudden moves (thanks to the back side curvi-ness) I bump my precious love into a door or wall or counter top! ugh! My poor baby! Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

(08.17.10 @ 09:31 PM)
Natasha Leigh says:

What an awesome giveaway! You guys are so great, and what a "rad" product! I've been debating on what to get and this would be perfect!! (08.17.10 @ 08:05 PM)
Michel says:

oh oh oh pick meeeee!!!!! I am in total need of this badboy, I am a female I have mad form and the local camera shop was out of your straps last time I was in to buy one.

I am looking for a new camera strap as we speak (or as I type...)! This one looks awesome, I love the feminine flair on the back. Thanks for the chance!!

(08.17.10 @ 08:03 PM)
Donna says:

I was shooting senior pictures last weekend and wouldn't you know it while juggling two cameras one of them ended in the dirt. I decided that my handstrap serves a purpose but not for me. I'd love to be the winner of the BlackRapid.

(08.17.10 @ 07:36 PM)
Annie says:

would loooooooooove to win this. I have such a weird body shape (think Snooki from Jersey Shore, just a tad taller) and this strap would actually help me to wear it across my chest!

(08.17.10 @ 07:36 PM)
Karen says:

maybe is not me who need it , but MY NECK & SHOULDER is the one that needs it!!!

Winning the Ladies Black Rapid camera strap would make my day - actually my month! Having a comfortable way to keep my camera safe and handy would be heaven! This "older" photog needs all the help she can get! Pick me!

Justin says:

This would be awesome for my partner's bday next month! Sleek, sophiscated, and I can borrow it too. Great device, and an awesome video. Totally Totally Rad.

(08.17.10 @ 07:17 PM)
Teresa says:

oh..I so need this. My strap doesn't fit, it hurts my neck and even my back sometimes. What an awesome invention!

(08.17.10 @ 06:52 PM)
Laura Cee says:

So this time when I fix my broken screen I will not break it again because of this crappy strap I have that shouldn't really even call itself a strap and when I use this awesome new strap I can tell all my photog friends how freeking awesome my new strap is and they can run out and get one

(08.17.10 @ 06:50 PM)
Melanie says:

Holy Moly!!!!!!!! this is one good give away I have had the green eyed monster for one of these and I can tell you why I NEEEEEED one. I have given birth to 7 children and have adopted my d700 as an 8th and not only would my back appreciate winning one but so would the heads of my children! There has been more than one wack from the camera and this would allieviate anxiety on their part and spare my precious camera any damage from heads that get in the way!!!!!!!

(08.17.10 @ 06:46 PM)
Arlene A says:

I so need this strap! My back would be so happy :)

(08.17.10 @ 06:30 PM)

Oh my gosh that would be perfect for me right now! I've gotten to the point where I take my camera everywhere so I can improve my photography skills but since I broke my foot last week...it's just too hard for me to lug my bag around with my camera in it! LOVE IT!!!!!

(08.17.10 @ 06:29 PM)
Jiangster says:

Aug 18th!!! That is my birthday! You wouldn't want to disappoint b-day girl, would you? And that curve - 10 times better than the RS-7 I'm currently using. Okay, one last time, say "Happy Birthday" and a gift of RS-W1 :)

(08.17.10 @ 06:26 PM)
Melanie says:

This looks awesome! I need a new camera strap so bad and I love the little black detail on this one!

(08.17.10 @ 06:25 PM)
MIssy says:

I would LOVE this camera strap! My husband just bought me a brand new SLR camera and I am having so much fun taking pictures of everything. It's such a learning curve, but I am taking it picture by picture. A proper neck strap would be wonderful!!!

(08.17.10 @ 06:13 PM)
Michelle says:

Wedding guests are tired of holding my spare camera. I've tried EVERY strap and they all slide off my shoulders so I have to hand hold my cameras. It is exhausting doing weddings that way! HELp. Sorry, the p is sliding off just like my camera does! M.

(08.17.10 @ 06:07 PM)
Nicole Davis says:

(08.17.10 @ 05:37 PM)
Kristy says:

YES PLEASE! I would love this. I hate the wearing the camera around my neck. I usually throw it over my shoulder... so this would definitely be a safer way of doing that.

Deb says:

Looks like the perfect strap for me! Hope to win!

(08.17.10 @ 05:34 PM)
Agi Magyar says:

(08.17.10 @ 05:25 PM)
Beth Phifer says:

I would love one of these straps....I suffer with neck problems but I love to shoot nature so carrying around a DSLR (and sometimes two!) makes my hands go sleep and kills my neck---this strap definetely seems like an alternative for me. PROPS!! to Larae and Blackrapid for bringing attention to these awesome products for us ladies who have the photo bug!!! Clap Clap Clap!!!

(08.17.10 @ 05:23 PM)
Fiona says:

Oh please, please, please can I win this. If not for me, but for my husband's sanity. He is a nervous wreck everytime I get out my camera, afraid I'm going to drop it. By the looks, this strap is the answer to his prayers.

(08.17.10 @ 05:20 PM)
Cyndi Harris says:

Love it! Want to win it! Please! Please!

(08.17.10 @ 05:08 PM)
MelindaV says:

I love that strap and have had my eye on a rapid strap for over a year now. It is totally what I need for those long wedding days and shoots when you are trying to pose and place objects while still holding the camera. I feel it could really save me some time. Thanks!!

(08.17.10 @ 05:02 PM)
Lori says:

I need to awesome camera strap because I JUST bought one and it busted :( So now I have to carry my heavy camera with lens and flash and my hand cramps by the end of the first hour. Ugh! Whimp, maybe. Desperate for THIS camera strap, heck yes!

kim lowery says:

I really only need it because my boobs are too big and I'm pretty slow on the draw, LOL. so, yea...you asked. :)

(08.17.10 @ 04:57 PM)
Shaylee says:

I need this strap so bad! I've been coveting them for a while now. I'm still using the nikon strap that came with my camera and I never trust it completely...the straps always slide off the camera! Add in the fact that the strap makes my camera hit in awkward spots on my body....definitely not appealing at all! Crossing my fingers and toes to win this giveaway!

(08.17.10 @ 04:57 PM)
Frances says:

LOVE LOVE LOVE this strap! I would definitely put it to good use, and not worry about dropping my camera! Thanks for the opportunity!

(08.17.10 @ 04:55 PM)
Kara says:

Wow! This looks so cool! I didn't know there were camera strap created especially for us girls! ;) I don't have a heart wrenching story to say why I should win this give away, but it would be very helpful and a huge blessing to me if I won! :)

(08.17.10 @ 04:43 PM)
Sara C says:

I lust for this strap!...after 3 kids, I am finally going to college with a major in Photography. I start school in a few weeks and this would be a blessing to have for wearing my camera around campus. I have a 'generous bosom' and the typical straps are always getting caught on my 'assets', which has cost me more than one good shot. I end up lengthening my strap as much as I can and wearing it like a sling. Not the safest for my camera and certainly not the best for shooting. This would be the hottest accessory for my new back-to-school wardrobe!

(08.17.10 @ 04:43 PM)
Janet says:

I need this so I don't have burns across my neck from whipping my camera back and forth from hanging to taking a shot. It would also eliminate the decision to either have the strap go between my chest or smashing my chest. Also, the piece that connects into the tripod connector is really awesome.

(08.17.10 @ 04:36 PM)
Liz Wang says:

I love the way your strap looks and works on men, so sometimes, I'd think to myself, it'd be a whole lot easier if I was a guy photographer. I'm always checking to make sure the R logo isn't too far down my body or looking funny on me which seems worth the trouble to me for the awesomeness of this strap overall. I have the double strap system, to share between my hubbie and I at weddings. So therefore, we often don't get to use the double strap as intended. It'd be just wonderful if he could have the whole double-strap system, and I could try out your newest model made just for women. Thanks for continuing to invent and improve!!!

(08.17.10 @ 04:34 PM)
Shari Barnes says:

Not gonna lie...I'm tired of my straps making my boobs stick out weirdly. Oh, and ALL of the other reasons mentioned by the others. :)

(08.17.10 @ 04:32 PM)
Kelly W Mars says:

I need this strap like a hog needs slop because I've been doing photography for 11 years + I've had the same camera strap THE ENTIRE TIME. It's true! And I'm now living in Korea where the summer's are extra sweltering + the age plus the sweat of my strap. . . totally could use a new one! : )

(08.17.10 @ 04:15 PM)
Cathy Heinz says:

I am still using the Canon strap - enough said! I have been waiting for this to come out and would LOVE to win one!

(08.17.10 @ 04:04 PM)
Megan says:

...because I don't have a strap. at all. :(

(08.17.10 @ 04:02 PM)
Wendy says:

I loved reading everyone's "I should win because.." comments. I have a lot in common with a lot of them. I'll tell you why I think I should be given the strap. I love photography as much as everyone else here does but you see, my husband and I sacrificed having nice things so that one of us could 'stay home' and raise our daughter. We're a one car family (standard) which I don't know how to drive but that doesn't keep me at home. I take my daughter out on adventure walks. "Adventure Day" if you will, should be a national holiday if you ask me. We go on outings all while lugging my Nikon DSLR around my neck AND carrying my kid on my hip, we walk pretty far sometimes. There are times the kiddo kicks the camera and times the camera kicks the kiddo. This strap would prevent this sibling rivalry; one precious gem could ride behind me and the other on the hip. I haven't decided which would go where, I need time to think. But this would make our adventures more enjoyable and the annoyance of carrying a DSLR around the neck and off the boobs would all be gone. I think you'd like knowing that you were helping out a mom photographer keep camera and kid at peace together as much as I would. So you see, really, you're helping my daughter not hate my camera and who knows, this might encourage a love for photography in my kiddos heart and my daughter could be the next big National Geography photographer and all because you chose to give us the beautiful strap. And lets face it, if that camera strap was built for the handiness everyone wants it for, then wouldn't it be the handiest in my use? I think - maybe so. P.S. You can see said kiddo on my flickr stream http://www.flickr.com/photos/wcazares/.

Cintia says:

I have been looking for something like this for a very long time and have gone through too many camera straps, bags, etc desperately trying to find something that is comfortable. This item looks great and seems like it could be used practically anywhere. And I like the attention to detail that they put into the style and styling of the product. AMAZING!
Thanks for sharing this product with all of us!

(08.17.10 @ 03:46 PM)
Christine Pinalto says:

Love it! Man this looks comfortable! I am a tank top lover and I love the way this strap seems to hit in all the right places. Pick me and let me give this strap a test-drive!

Peta says:

well being a women and being on the 'plus' side ... it's hard to find a strap that will work for me with out cutting into some part of my body. I would love to road test this and see if I it works for me... and then I'd be sure to recomend it to all my womanly photography friends :)

(08.17.10 @ 03:34 PM)

Catherine Caughron says:

I would love love to have this camera strap! I'm always leaning over and knocking my camera on everything! I love how this strap allows your camera to sit in just the right place behind your back! ...oh, and no more neck aches after a day of shooting is an added bonus!

(08.17.10 @ 03:20 PM)
Christen McMakin says:

I ride a motorcycle and we are a member of the patriot guard riders. We protect families from the people who boycott soldiers and funerals. I am one of their photographers and riding on the back of a motorcycle with a huge canon lens strapped around my neck is dangerous and painful when it cuts into my neck. This strap would be a god send and let me get those great shots of our fallen heroes and homecoming veterans. Please consider me for the giveaway.

(08.17.10 @ 03:16 PM)
Julie says:

Awesome!! My strap leaves horrible red marks on my shoulders...not to mention how sore I am the next day. I need this! Plus, it looks pretty darn cute:)

Lea says:

This is a strap I could really use. My wrist kills me after shooting a wedding for 10-12 hours.. I have to ice it when I get home. I've never dropped my camera, but I wrap my strap around my wrist 3 times..it cuts into my wrist. I really could use this. I need a new way of carrying my camera! If I win..I'll blog it. : D

(08.17.10 @ 03:01 PM)
Karalee says:

Well...I think that these brilliant people at BlackRapid have been reading my mind, and plucked this strap straight out of it! I've been using a cute little wrist strap for awhile now (because I just can't shoot using traditional neck straps - logistic nightmare!) but it's getting filthy and it's a little bit too pink. So, I think something like this would be practically perfect in every way!

(08.17.10 @ 02:58 PM)
Danielle says:

I would love to win this strap! Since a neck injury in December I have had to close my photography business. Hoping that once I have my neck surgery surgery that I can get back into the swing of things. I am unable to hang my D300 around my neck because of the weight . It would be great to be able to hang my camera over to the side taking that pressure off my neck. I could enjoy photography again!!!

(08.17.10 @ 02:57 PM)
Daisha Sheets says:

After recently upgrading to the d700, I'm extremely hesitant to allow the full weight of my camera on my current camera strap. My left arm is getting a huge work-out from always carrying my camera (even when it's on the strap) and I'd like to have 2 hands again. :)

(08.17.10 @ 02:54 PM)
cynthia says:

Sexy, sleek, AND practical. Love it! Ready to rock some photoshoots with this.

This would be a magnificent strap for my friend An. She has to use a walking stick as she is handicapped and with this strap she could use her camera one handed and still balance herself with her stick.
If I don't win I am still getting her one for her xmas gift. Thanks Guys

I need this strap! Chasing after nieces and nephews plus trying to be the family photog requires this flexibility!!

(08.17.10 @ 02:43 PM)
Michelle S says:

I'm in luv luv luv with this. I had to stop wearing a neck strap because I couldn't stand the way it cut into my neck. This is perfect for curvy and pleasantly built women (couldn't figure a different way to say it) I think the versatility of this is superb!!! And...it would help me to not have to carry an uncomfortable bag that gets in the way all the time.

(08.17.10 @ 02:43 PM)
Danielle says:

I LOVE this strap. I should win this because it would make my life SO much easier on a photo shoot. With this I can relax and blend in instead of sticking out like a sore thumb with a camera growing out of my chest. I watched the video and fell in love with this strap... please PICK ME! :)

(08.17.10 @ 02:43 PM)
jeanine krupp says:

oooh, I think I should win b/c I need this baby! I am 9 months pregnant with baby #3 and my bag is SO heavy and kills my back as does my camera! I'd love something that would help me shoot longer, more comfortably!

(08.17.10 @ 02:38 PM)
Julie says:

Why should I win?....because I hate my hand strap! :) After holding my 5d with the battery pack and the 70-200 len mounted for a full 10 hour wedding my hand is hurting! I put the old neckstrap on so now my hand is happy but I don't have the movement. Canon straps aren't made for a tall chick ~ .... my wish has been answered! :) ~ Oh and I never win anything, that's reason number 2!

(08.17.10 @ 02:36 PM)
Jeanette says:

Uhhh, what everyone else said. I want it, I need it, please give it to me :D

Parker*s Pictures says:

I love the idea of having the camera on the side of my body instead of in front of me! Great for shooting kids portraits and bending over AND great for weddings to keep a nice clean look, not look like an amateur AND the most important one...avoid "chest" crushing. ; )

(08.17.10 @ 02:31 PM)
Andrea says:

I'm a little wary on buying this strap. It works great..........but someone I work with bought the original and it unclipped dropping his 5D and 17-40 to the pavement. Luckily the camera only had minor injuries and he only lost a filter. I'd be willing to give it a go.........and maybe recommend it to customers...............IF I won one. :) ...........yes this is total manipulation.:)

Kansas Allen says:

A strap just for women?? No way! All I can say is "it's about time!" Everything seems to be geared towards men except makeup and hair products and I'm glad a company is starting to address our needs too. :) Way to go! I sooooo need this! :)

My love for photography and capturing lifetime memories is drawing me to places I never thought I would explore. The Black Rapid ladies strap would alleviate my neck and shoulder pain I have because of my profession. To be offered a chance to win one is awesome of you. Thanks for the opportunity is learn more about the strap....great video! Thanks.

(08.17.10 @ 02:20 PM)
Danielle says:

I should get this strap because: 1. I am a woman. 2. I just had a baby so I have some killer curves going on, especially up top. 3. A Nikon SB600 weighs a lot. Add it to a camera body, and that's like wearing a baby around your neck. 4. Wearing a baby (or more likely a camera & flash) around your neck for 6+ hours at a wedding SUCKS. 5. I have to pay for day care now. I can't afford a fancy shmancy strap. 6. IT ROCKS. :)

(08.17.10 @ 02:19 PM)
Criss Payton says:

WOW! This is just what I have been looking for! I have dropped my camera more times than I will admit too because I can't ever find a good place to set it down and the standard straps are awful! I love the design of this and gotta have it!

Krista Sparkman says:

I am ALWAYS on the search for a comfortable camera strap!! This looks like it could be the one!!!!! I have been dying for one that goes over my shoulder, I LOVE IT! Hope I'm the Winner.... :)

Kristina Seifert says:

I should win b/c I'm totally rad myself! ;) To be honest, I've gotten to the point were I stopped using straps while on shoots because I can't maneuver into the positions I need. My husband PANICS as I lean off ladders or walk step into water without the strap around my neck. I just can’t stand em because I feel so limited! So if I were to win the strap, you would be saving both my camara's life and my marriage. ;)

(08.17.10 @ 02:11 PM)
Marissa says:

I would love to win this strap! I shoot mostly weddings, and having the convenience and flexibility that this strap offers would improve my speed and confidence. Thank you for creating a strap for women!

christina says:

Amazing new strap, how do I need thee? Let's see: I have *serious* curves, I refuse to wear a neck strap (like I need another part of my body hurting after a 12 hour day of shooting) and last weekend I dropped my camera, and shattered my 50mm 1.2 child. The end.

(08.17.10 @ 02:07 PM)
Jen Reese says:

I have the strap that came with my camera and have been meaning to get a new one for so long because it is starting to make my neck and shoulders sore -- I had never heard of or seen the Ladies Black Rapid, it looks like it is JUST what I need!!! I'm a mama of two little ones so I'm constantly shooting.

I would be so sincerely grateful and appreciative to have this strap. :)

(08.17.10 @ 02:06 PM)
Tana says:

A strap by any other name is just a strap. But the Blackrapid would play an essential part in taking better pictures. The comfort I would get by using this incredible strap would help me be more creative and less tired from packing around my Cannon because the strap cuts into my neck and when I bend over to adjust a model or piece of equipment the camera swings perilously close, only adding frustration. I want this strap. As a new photographer becoming increasingly busy, I need this strap!

(08.17.10 @ 02:04 PM)
Andrea says:

Having a heavy camera on your neck for 6-8 hours (or more!) at a time is rough and quite painful for days after. This strap would hopefully help!

I've never ordered a snazzy fancy strap, b/c I've wanted one that's really functional. I didn't know it existed!! And it looks great, too.

(08.17.10 @ 01:59 PM)
Tiffany says:

I would love to win this. My camera strap KILLS my neck this looks like it would absolutely solve my neckache.

(08.17.10 @ 01:58 PM)
Stacey says:

WOW...I sooo need one of these!! My poor camera swings all around when I use the strap. And curves, I sure have them them...this would save the curves from bruises and the camera from looking like a weird growth from the curves!! LOL

(08.17.10 @ 01:57 PM)
Stefanie Decker says:

A friend of mine has one of these straps and it's the coolest thing ever. I really need this because I still have my out-of-the-box Nikon strap... and that means I suck. Please help me not suck anymore!!

(08.17.10 @ 01:55 PM)
Amber Fox says:

I love these camera straps. I would love one, because with my scolosis, I often come home with pain and soreness that I know could be prevented with a better strap. Thanks!

(08.17.10 @ 01:52 PM)
Jennifer Wakefield says:

I love this strap. The standard straps that comes with the Nikon and even my Pepper strap just is not long enough so I don't wear it around my neck. This would solve that problem.

(08.17.10 @ 01:51 PM)
Tami says:

I really could use the camera strap. Not for me, but for my husband who also shoots weddings with me. I know it is for women but his body shape could certainly mimic a large chested womens (he is slightly obese and eats ben and jerrys all the time). I think this would be great for him. thank you.

(08.17.10 @ 01:51 PM)
heather blackwell says:

absolutely hate the traditional around the neck type strap- tourist anyone? but when you add a battery pack the hand strap is not possible. i have wanted a strap that I could put on like this and I am pumped to know they exist!!! LOVE IT! Hope to win!

(08.17.10 @ 01:51 PM)
Karen says:

I would love to have this! I find it so uncomfortable to wear my camera on the front of my chest. I have been scoping one of these since a friend of mine got one recently!

(08.17.10 @ 01:50 PM)
Rachael B says:

I love the look of this; I'm definitely adding it to my "wishlist." I've been looking around for the perfect strap solution and this looks just perfect... Recently bought a hand strap but due to my shooting method (back-button focus) it's really not practical, and actually hurts my hand. Thanks for the heads-up about this product, and the giveaway!

(08.17.10 @ 01:48 PM)
JuliP says:

I have been wanting a Black Rapid strap for a while. I have a "cute" strap and it's too short, it also loosened up the other day and my 5D with 50mm 1.2 lens fell smack on the sidewalk. Thank goodness for hoods and filters. It landed lens down!
Pick me!

Morgan Kervin says:

I need this, BAD! I can't count how many times I nearly dropped my camera mid-posing, or almost conked a kid in the head from it.

(08.17.10 @ 01:47 PM)
Holly says:

I would so love to have this strap. I am a curvy woman and proud of it, but when it comes to maneuvering around with a camera strapped to me, regular straps just don't understand how my body works. Seriously, I need a strap that can comfortable lay across my body without attacking my chest! I also love the bumpers and the ease of use when going from using the camera to resting the camera. It can be frustrating when you are trying to hold a camera and fix some's fly aways or random clothing.

(08.17.10 @ 01:45 PM)
Sarah says:

If I won this, I could start holding an annual female photographers' bike race in my town. I think the four of us competing would all look absurdly comical, bringing smiles of derision to the members of our community and smiles (of derision or not) are important and good. I, armed with my RS-W1 would clearly be the winner and then I would further enhance the delight of all onlookers by breaking into a celebratory dance. A fine spectacle indeed.

(08.17.10 @ 01:43 PM)
Kay McGee says:

I love it!!! I hate the around the neck camera strap...This would be wonderful! Love the video too!

(08.17.10 @ 01:43 PM)
Marian says:

Amazing and just what I need for so many reasons...broke bones in my elbow a few years ago (pretending I could ski!!) and now despite being not THAT old (shhh) I am starting to ache during shoots from holding the weight of a D3 plus lens..this would be a lifesaver/armsaver! Hugs - well one arm hugs as I am holding my D3 with the other arm unless I get a gorgeous new Blackrapidstrap..

(08.17.10 @ 01:41 PM)
Nathalie says:

This is genius! I am always fumbling with the camera strap around the neck then when I need to bend over, I need to slide my arm into to strap and sling it backwards, and then do the same dance all over again multiples times a session. I look like an uncomfortable awkward photographer! This would definitely make my life easier.

(08.17.10 @ 01:40 PM)
Jessica says:

As a budding photographer with a limited budget and a growing base of clients I would love to own such a quality piece of equipment to protect my camera/lenses. Please add me in the drawing to win this beautiful strap! Thank you!!

(08.17.10 @ 01:39 PM)
Tavia says:

I would be thrilled to win one of these babies! Mine scratches my neck & is not near this functional. I like that the strap stays put and the camera slides...great idea :)

(08.17.10 @ 01:38 PM)
Tisa says:

What a great idea...I always seem to be holding my strap to the side or re-adjusting it. Please count me in the drawing...I'd love to win one! ~ :) THanks!

(08.17.10 @ 01:38 PM)
Stephanie says:

WOW, how have I NEVER heard of this strap?!! I NEED it! I thought I had FINALLY found one that I love (name will be withheld to protect the innocent...wait...), but after 8+ hours of shooting I realize it is NOT the right one! I'm ready to break up with my strap...WON'T YOU HELP ME?

(08.17.10 @ 01:37 PM)
Nicole says:

Wow. I've never seen this before and now I need it desperately. Great. I better win it because TR actions and this blog keep making my list longer and longer. Who needs profits right?

I just dropped my camera last week while I was shooting in the studio. Fortunately, my camera was safe, but my lens is now being repaired at a camera shop. =( I would love to wear this cool strap to protect them!!

kari says:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this strap! I can't stand the kit strap that came with mine...it's short and uncomfortable. When the photographer is uncomfortable, the client is going to be uncomfortable as well. I would absolutely love to win this strap!

Stephanie says:

I could totally use this strap. I hate having carrying my camera in the front and on the side it polks out and I'm always worried that I'll bump into something. In fact I often turn my camera backwards and wear it across the chest to avoid bumps but it sucks when you need to take a picture. This looks like the perfect solution

(08.17.10 @ 01:34 PM)
Lisa says:

i shouldn't win...it would only feed my addiction to all things photography :0)

(08.17.10 @ 01:34 PM)
Denise Baker says:

I need this because I have THREE bulging discs in my neck and it really looks like it will be much better than the current strap I have.

(08.17.10 @ 01:34 PM)
natalia says:

I have lots of curves and would love this. My current strap is cumbersome and I have even given my 4-year old son a black eye after the camera swung around and nailed him right by his eye... (talk about feeling bad!) ... so now I just wrap the strap around my wrist... this one looks awesome. Thanks for the opportunity.

(08.17.10 @ 01:33 PM)
Nicole McMurray says:

I am in desperate need of this strap! I have two little girls that are constantly tugging and reaching for my camera. The strap I have is useless and constantly falls apart! Save me RS-W1, you're my only hope!

This must be the only strap I've seen that I would actually use and promote. My current strap is useless and I just wrap it around my wrist to keep from dropping when shooting outdoors. I love the look and functionality of this strap. All my friends and colleagues know that I'm all about functionality. Thank you for the opportunity!

(08.17.10 @ 01:27 PM)

Laura says:

The good Lord, wasn't so good to me in the chest department. Not at all. Perhaps having a camera strap built for a woman's curvy body, might trick my brain into thinking that I DO have a chest...or give the illusion that I do at least :) A camera strap that boosts your self esteem...sounds like a winner to me!

(08.17.10 @ 01:26 PM)
Bridgette says:

Oh...I love, love, love this! I am just starting out in photography and have already realized my limits with the camera starp that came with my camera. I am not "lacking" in that area...so any help would be appreciated...my "girls' would thank you for it!

Danielle says:

I have to confess, I'm still running around with the strap that came with my camera. I've been in search of something else but I haven't found anything worth ordering or wanting till now. Love this!!!

(08.17.10 @ 01:25 PM)
Jackie says:

I've wanted a Black Rapid for quite some time now. I would love to win this! Why should I win? Because I have 4 children I have to balance homsechooling with photography. Bills, curriculum, supplies, and photography gear. Sadly the money for a strap comes in below braces, math books, and electricity. Even tho I KNOW this would so help improve carrying my camera, with my bad neck/shoulder area from a wreck. I would love to have one for an upcoming wedding in November!!

(08.17.10 @ 01:24 PM)

This strap is freakin awesome! I would love to have one so I can carry my 2nd camera on my neck srap and my main camera using this one for when I shoot weddings, then I dont have to worry about crossing them over with 2 neck straps and clanging them together when i move around! :)

(08.17.10 @ 01:24 PM)
Camille says:

This strap is awesome! I hate the "strap boob" that happens with other straps not made for tatas. I totally want one!

(08.17.10 @ 01:23 PM)
Kelly Q says:

Right now I just have the strap that came with my camera, and it is seriously uncomfortable! I hate wearing it at sessions, because the camera constantly swings around and I'm terrified of hitting a client with it, or banging it into something. Since I'm pretty curvy this looks absolutely perfect! I was going to ask for a strap for my birthday coming up, but if I can win one that just means I have more $ to spend on more fun photog goodies!

(08.17.10 @ 01:22 PM)
dee says:

Julie Mollichi says:

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win this camera strap because I would be the BEST sister in the world. My partner/sister is a full figured woman and is constantly complaining about the camera strap she has now. Since she is an amazing sister as well as an amazing photographer she deserves this strap!!!!!

(08.17.10 @ 01:20 PM)
Candice says:

Wow, this is the first time I have seen this camera strap.. LOOKS AMAZING! I SOO Need that! I am constantly almost dropping my camera.. and even have bumped it a few times(now I have issues with that lens that was on at the time it was bumped in to a bench.
Thanks for the chance!!

(08.17.10 @ 01:20 PM)

I should win this because I have been waiting for it to come out FOREVER! I have the unisex one and like it but one for someone with Curves would be nice!

(08.17.10 @ 01:20 PM)
Karo says:

Shut UP. This might actually be the body strap that lures me away from my trusty hand strap. I could write a doctoral thesis about how much I loathe neck straps. Other straps are thwarted by my mom boobs. This one, though! So chic! So zippy! Gimme!

(08.17.10 @ 01:20 PM)

(08.17.10 @ 01:19 PM)
Katrina Wheeler says:

I would love love LOVE to win a Rapid strap for women, I've been looking at them for a year or more, at WPPI I looked at one but it as the male version and just didn't account for the ladies up front..if you know what I mean.. So I was waiting for a new one to come out! I am constantly bumping people w/ my camera body/lens and have been looking for a solution! Well, hope to win! :)

(08.17.10 @ 01:19 PM)
April says:

OOOOH!!! I NEED that strap! I am currently a stay at home mom working toward becoming a pro photographer. I currently have the camera strap provided to me when I bought my camera. It is not exactly *clearing throat* "curve friendly". Even if I don't win the strap, I am going to check out the website. I don't think I can live without one!!

(08.17.10 @ 01:17 PM)
Kim says:

I mostly take photos of beer, breweries and pubs these days. As you can imagine this requires a lot of well... drinking beer. My traditional strap is a hinderance when I have to drink with a customer while on site. I always have to take off my camera to be safe it's not in the way of drips etc. The black rapid would help by letting me push the camera behind my body safely and out of the way of falling beer or cider. :-D

(08.17.10 @ 01:16 PM)
Sharon Reiley says:

I need a BlackRapid strap so DESPERATELY!!! My camera strap is always digging into my neck, and I feel like my camera is flying all over the place if I'm not holding onto it. I just love how the design that is tailored for women. Form and function just got married!

(08.17.10 @ 01:16 PM)

Why should I win this strap: First of all I deserve it...yes, I do. Second I am a detention supervisor for 1500 students and 300 teachers who are all aware for my love of photography. I have somewhat of a following and how cool would that be for them to see me sporting this not only great looking but sensible strap. I can just hear the questions; where did you get that? Where can I get one? And that's from the teachers...the students well it would be more like that is totally awesome, can I have it, I'll buy it from you, man, that's sweet. So, ya...pass it along my way.

Looks really great, would love to have one. Thanks!

(08.17.10 @ 12:23 PM)
John says:

I think I would qualify this strap promotion as discrimination. Designed by women. Made for Women. I find this offensive. I should file a civil lawsuit. Why not, call it "Designed by Pro Photographer. Made for Pro Photographer." Someone who does not think about photographers. Maybe I should copy this strap and make my own. Let see, I'll call it, "Designed by Man, Made for Man, No women allowed." How about that.

(08.17.10 @ 12:21 PM)

(08.17.10 @ 12:05 PM)
Anna Sawin says:

Oh yes, the regular camera strap doing the booby dissection? Am so done with that. Would LOVE LOVE LOVE this one, looks like it gives you a third hand as well as an awesome camera strap and what woman & mother couldn't use that?!

(08.17.10 @ 12:05 PM)
Pleasant Vonnoh says:

Wow! I didn't know such a thing existed! I need this because I'm a woman and I love it because it's not all "fru-fru" with pink ruffles. Pick me, pick me!

(08.17.10 @ 12:05 PM)
Amy says:

The original Black Rapid strap just isn't cuttin' it for a girl like me. I NEED this version to save my sanity! Thanks for the opportunity to score one!

(08.17.10 @ 12:02 PM)
Jen says:

This strap is AMAZING looking. I love to keep the camera across my chest and getting to my camera quickly is too hard with a normal strap. I love to see women designing straps for us women!!! I would love to have this!

(08.17.10 @ 12:02 PM)
NV says:

If I were to, say, win this giveaway...that would mean that I would not have to go buy the strap...and therefore it frees up funds to buy TOTALLY RAD actions. I think we all can agree that would be a very rad thing indeed.

(08.17.10 @ 12:01 PM)
Jamie Olger says:

I've watched the Black Rapid strap video a few times online and it seems AMAZING!! I'd totally love one of these, as I try and wear my normal strap that way right now but it's just not that comfortable!! Plus it rubs my neck raw! I NEED one! Please thanks!

(08.17.10 @ 12:01 PM)
Terri says:

I'm trying to get more established as a photographer. My father always made me put his camera strap around my neck before I could touch it... now I wrap the strap around my wrist and carry it around, or sling it over one shoulder... We are flat broke with a 10 month old and another one on the way!! Anything to make me more productive, and mildly stylish at the same would be an huge help! Especially with more "curves" coming my way :)

(08.17.10 @ 12:01 PM)
Susan Nawyn says:

I'd love to win it, because my current strap cuts into my neck and is soooo straight out of the box... Ha! Thank you!

(08.17.10 @ 11:59 AM)
Patrick Serban says:

I would LOVE to win this for my wife. My wife Jennifer and I are a husband and wife shooting team that ends up sharing the RS-4 strap that we own. Winning this would give us each a Rapid Strap to shoot with. BTW, I searched for months for the perfect strap and came to the conclusion that the Rapid Strap is by far the BEST strap out there. Thanks for the consideration.

Luz Letamendi says:

I was in the middle of a maternity shoot in my studio, and I was so into talking and directing my client that I forgot where I put my camera down. (I lost such a great shot because of this) Sooo….I need this strap so I could never misplace my camera again.

(08.17.10 @ 11:55 AM)
Elizabeth Marx says:

Pick me! Pick me! .... Because 95% of the time I end up carrying around my camera WITHOUT the strap *gasp* since it gets in my way so much! ... wedding, children and all. No good!
One of these days it's going to drop and I'm going to wish I had won this contest. :)

(08.17.10 @ 11:53 AM)
Sarah Phillips says:

I should win it by tomorrow b/c as much as I love my current BR strap, it's not ideal for a mom who is spending the day away from her baby. I am a SITE after 8 hours of not nursing. :) You'd really be going everyone a favor if you picked me.

(08.17.10 @ 11:52 AM)
Gabi says:

I should get the strap because, as you predicted, I am in love with it. Clearly you two aren't psychopaths who would separate me and my love, now would you? Seriously. Hello? Is this thing on...?

(08.17.10 @ 11:50 AM)
Kevyn says:

I've been searching for the right camera strap, especially since dropping my camera! Thanks for doing this giveaway and all the other TOTALLY RAD stuff you do!

(08.17.10 @ 11:48 AM)
Teri says:

My neck, back and tata's say pick us!! The sliding action would definitely make my shooting life easier and more comfortable. Plus - when I love something - EVERYONE in the free world hears about it...Don't you want this kind of free advertising?!

(08.17.10 @ 11:44 AM)
Karla says:

I have been stalking Black rapid straps for some time now... :) Checking it out every time I go to Samys. reading up on it online... I want it so BAD... I always joke around pretending I own one, and I make this little enactment of slinging my camera around like a gun from my waist and shooting... lol

(08.17.10 @ 11:44 AM)
Kim in Vacaville says:

That camera strap looks amazing!

(08.17.10 @ 11:43 AM)
shelly says:

i work with kids in motion and a 70-200. if you were giving away an extra pair of hands i'd be really grateful... but a *real* camera strap, that isn't advertising the make and model of my camera, would make me feel a lot less like a billboard and let the big black machinery watch out for itself. then my eyes can remain on the prize. !! xo TRA

(08.17.10 @ 11:39 AM)
Lezlie Andrew says:

I currently have tendinitis in my shoulder and "tennis elbow"...not from the actual action of shooting my camera but from the way I hold it in between shots (down by my side like during ceremonies and what not). It's seriously so bad that my doctor is telling me I will have to have surgery if I don't stop shooting or do something about the way I hold my camera. Surgery?!?! Umm, so this would be absolutely fabulous. ;)

(08.17.10 @ 11:38 AM)
Julie Marie says:

Black Rapid Rocks, plain and simple

(08.17.10 @ 11:36 AM)
Lisa says:

This is such a great strap. I won from photosisters.com so you can't count me out of the running. I was using the rs-7 black rapid strap until they came out with the ws-1. I shot a wedding the other day and it was way more comfortable than the rs-7. It also has a very cute dark black flowery pattern on front of the strap on the pads. Congrats to whoever wins you will never go back to your over the neck strap again.

(08.17.10 @ 11:36 AM)
Jeannie Heng says:

i've tried on a friend's rs-w1 and it's awesome! with this strap, there's no worry about keeping my camera & lens hanging down for fear of my lens hitting a child's head which i've done before. ughhh. the best reason is that i get to join the flickr rapid strap club!

(08.17.10 @ 11:36 AM)
Julie Maire says:

Black Rapid Rocks, it's that simple.

(08.17.10 @ 11:35 AM)
Bill says:

I'll admit to it....I have "m00bs"! Well, I am a top heavy guy so regularly shaped straps do not fit me! If I win this, I can finally put an end to the chest crunching pains from the regular straps!

(08.17.10 @ 11:35 AM)
Astrid Garcia says:

The video says it best: made for women BY women. It does make a difference when women design for women.....so even though I've never used a strap like this.....I bet it does all they say it does and more! So why do I need this? Any tool that makes my job easier is something I need! :)

(08.17.10 @ 11:33 AM)
Helen says:

I should win this strap because I have the original and I wish it was more comfortable in certain areas. :) Seriously though, I wish they had come out with this when I bought mine. (I even have two screws for two bodies!)

(08.17.10 @ 11:33 AM)
Dielle says:

This looks so fabulous! My strap now is barely functional, and way too short. I've wanted something like this forever, plus with the curves it's just brilliant!!!

(08.17.10 @ 11:32 AM)
Andrea says:

This strap looks amazing.. I am always struggling with my current strap to get it where i want it and so the "Girls" are not completely smooshed!

(08.17.10 @ 11:31 AM)
Christina Shippey says:

I would love to win this camera strap because it would cure my aweful habit of wrapping my strap around my arm and almost losing my camera in the process!! Would love to be able to wear my camera COMFORTABLY across my shoulder and be able to focus on awesome pictures and clients instead of what to do with my camera!! :)

(08.17.10 @ 11:31 AM)
jen downer says:

a while back i spent some $'s on one of those "cute" fabric covered straps, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. i love the way this RS-W1 accounts for our breasts! how nice to not have a big ol' strap cutting into our chests! and the sliding of the camera along the strap is AWESOME! I always feel like a total clod twisting around my strap and constantly getting caught up in it. looking like a complete dork... often. i would LOVE to win this strap... thanks for the opportunity!

(08.17.10 @ 11:30 AM)
Arden says:

I should win because it's rad and so am I! What a great idea and one of those, "Why didn't I think of that?" accessories! .love.

Arden says:

I should win because it's rad and so am I! What a great idea and one of those, "Why didn't I think of that?" accessories! .love.

(08.17.10 @ 11:28 AM)
Connie says:

oh my gosh!!! this strap looks awesome!!! i love the design & how comfy it looks!!!

i wear my strap over one shoulder, not across my body as shown in the picture which i want to do but can't cuz my current strap is too short... believe me i've tried & totally choked myself in the process :@

this is completely dumb but the reason i wear it over one shoulder is cuz i don't want to look fobby (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fobby) or in other words look like an asian tourist...

this strap is crazy cool & i would love to win it V(^_^)V

(08.17.10 @ 11:27 AM)
Aimee says:

I need to win. I'm a mom and I never have enough hands to pose, wrangle, and snap pictures!

(08.17.10 @ 11:25 AM)
Denise says:

Great, I love it!

(08.17.10 @ 11:25 AM)
Heather Olson says:

Holy mother, I want this strap! One of the things I hate about my strap is how it "cuts" me in the chest if I'm wearing it off to the side. This looks insanely wonderful :)

(08.17.10 @ 11:24 AM)
Tina Harden says:

I have wanted these for a while and love that they had my 38EE's in mind when they designed it. Well not mine but but somebodies! LOL!

(08.17.10 @ 11:23 AM)
Kathryn Bradley says:

Genius! I’ve been struggling with my camera strap and its awkward length...the RS-W1 seems like the perfect solution! I would love to have a strap that’s both stylish AND efficient!

(08.17.10 @ 11:23 AM)
Stephany says:

Oh how I would love this! This would totally SOLVE my issues for the 10 hour weddings! I constantly have to check to make sure my straps aren't coming off of my camera. Plus, I always try to swing it every which way when I am moving around posing and propping. Perhaps this could even solve the nEcK PaInS :) I love wearing all my shoulder bags real low, it would be perfect having that fit feeling with this strap!

(08.17.10 @ 11:22 AM)
Andrea Husted says:

OMGoodness! Do I ever need this?! I am constantly frustrated by having my camera in my way when I'm trying to move things around. This is the perfect solution! I think I have to buy one if I don't win. Thanks for considering me and keep on rockin'!

(08.17.10 @ 11:22 AM)
alexa says:

Why should I win this strap by tomorrow, August 18th, at 6EST? Because tomorrow would be better than a couple days after. Plus tomorrow is the day before my birthday. Haha! :) Just kidding. Not about my birthday, but, the rest of it. ;) Not to mention that I actually watched the video. (okay, only because you threatened to turn the blog around, but, still counts!) I'm also going fullframe here soon, and it'll be much heavier! All joking aside, I'd love to win the strap. :)

(08.17.10 @ 11:22 AM)
Jen Barnes says:

I love what Jessica Fiumara says above: Of course I need this -- I have BOOBS! Ditto here! What a smart strap! I need this because my second camera is always ALWAYS falling off my shoulder.

(08.17.10 @ 11:21 AM)
Mary Rebecca says:

My hips and my camera are well acquainted--and not in a loving sort of way. After a long day of shooting you can bet the right side of my hip will be sore and bruised [I bruise like a fruit] from the constant interaction with my camera because of how my strap holds it. I am always trying to put my camera behind me when I need to bend over or if I need full movement of my arms to help get s shot ready--however, my camera rarely, if ever, stays there. Instead it comes flying back around and causes a ruckus. This strap looks to be the answers to my camera strap wishes!

(08.17.10 @ 11:20 AM)
Ryan says:

I love this style strap, and one designed for women would be even better. Thanks for the giveaway!

(08.17.10 @ 11:19 AM)
Beth Rigatuso says:

Love it! And the video was very cool too!

(08.17.10 @ 11:16 AM)
Mikkel says:

I would love to win because it would completely solve my constant thinking of "I wish I could throw my camera across my body better with a long strap." So smart of them to produce this!!

(08.17.10 @ 11:15 AM)
Sandy Buller says:

I would love to win this strap and give it to my wife. She uses the regular BR strap and it would be so cool for her to have her own girl BR strap. Then I can get my strap back. Thanks.

(08.17.10 @ 11:15 AM)
Teresa says:

I'd love to win this strap! I love the design...it truly looks like it has terrific function and comfort, which would be so great. My current strap is shabby and uncomfortable...not cool. thank you for the chance!

(08.17.10 @ 11:14 AM)
nancy mitchell says:

I would LOVE to have the Black Rapid strap for women! What a great idea. I love the fact that your hands can be free and that you can secure the camera to the back and it won't move any further, now that is a WINNER. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway!

(08.17.10 @ 11:13 AM)
Faith says:

I have got to be the clumsiest person in the world.. okay, maybe not the world, but definitely the clumsiest I know of. This would be PERFECT for me so that I won't drop my camera! Or if I happen to trip or walk into walls(yes, it's happened) it won't be hanging around my neck and smash into things. Love this camera strap, it looks so amazing!!

(08.17.10 @ 11:13 AM)
Jessica Fiumara says:

Of course I need this -- I have BOOBS! I hate my current camera strap, it's so uncomfortable. I would LOVE this strap.

(08.17.10 @ 11:13 AM)
Laura Zoeller says:

I think I should win the strap because I am tired of looking like a tourist when taking pictures. I want to look like a Super Star!

(08.17.10 @ 11:12 AM)
Sue K. says:

I DESPERATELY need one of these! I'm constantly banging my lens into unwanted territories (ie. wedding guests' butts, flower girl/ring bearer's head, etc.) and would like to have one of these to save me from the embarrassing, "Oops! I'm sooo sorry!" :-/ Plus, how TOTALLY RAD are these?! They're the best thing to happen to photogs since ... TRA's! :)

(08.17.10 @ 11:12 AM)
Jadine says:

I need this strap to look like I know what I'm doing :)

(08.17.10 @ 11:12 AM)
Som says:

oooooooh, SNAP!! THANK YOU for the chance to win such a sweet strap!

(08.17.10 @ 11:10 AM)
Kim says:

Love this! This would be perfect for me since the strap curves! It would not put any more pressure than I already have on my chest area. Great Idea!!

(08.17.10 @ 11:10 AM)
Feuza says:

I should win this because it has been on my wish list every since I saw it last March and it is so freaking cool and matches my style and personality!!! woo hoo

(08.17.10 @ 11:09 AM)
becky says:

Love this strap, It looks so comfortable, and easy to move around during a shoot! I want one, it will help me so much, I am too clumsy and have dropped my camera before. I would LOVE to win one!

(08.17.10 @ 11:09 AM)
Shana Hensley says:

:) I need this desperately... I, like many others have dropped my camera, I take the neck strap off because it hurts both my neck and my chest. Ha ha, I'm more "blessed" in that area and I've never met a strap that will actually work with my body type. This would be a true blessing!

(08.17.10 @ 11:08 AM)
kirsten says:

I should win - because I am tired of entering give aways and never winning ;) plus this camera strap would be amazing to have at weddings and portrait sessions while I am wearing my camera for hours on end. pick me :) please.

(08.17.10 @ 11:08 AM)
Christey says:

This looks fabulous! I have been shopping around for a strap for a month now and haven't seen any in action (I have the one that came with camera for 10 yrs now), but this looks perfect. I am a photojournalist and portrait photographer and have whacked and dropped my share of cameras because nothing stays on my shoulder and then it kills my shoulders and neck, plus this looks like a very long strap which i need (I am 6 feet) as well. Awesome giveaway guys!

(08.17.10 @ 11:07 AM)
Anna aka @Beach_Mama says:

Oh how exciting! I heard the Ladies Black Rapid was coming out am so thankful it is here! Loved the video, makes me want one even more. It would be so fabulous to win one, but if I don't I will still be getting one.

(08.17.10 @ 11:07 AM)
Amber says:

This is the MOST FANTASTIC THING I've EVER seen by way of camera straps! Love the design, the simplicity, and how comfortable it looks! I have to say I LOVE everything about it, especially the way the camera slides along the strap instead of the strap sliding along me! Great creation! Thanks!

(08.17.10 @ 11:02 AM)
Shari says:

I seriously need this. I am clumsy...and yes, I've dropped my camera (GASP!) before and hate wearing my current strap b/c it is TOO SHORT and it KILLS my neck.

I would absolutely LOVE this! and even if I don't win, I know I will buy one soon!

THANK YOU!

(08.17.10 @ 10:56 AM)

tessa is hilarious. :) I think she would do so well with this project. She obviously has an eye for creativity - and you can see on film that she has a pretty incredible level of comfort with a camera (in front of, not to mention behind) and her humor and spunk is sure to get clients to open up and feel comfortable to relax, explore, and be themselves.

Because I have had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember, but have absolutely NO CLUE how to run a business. The thought of pricing and business plans scares the crap out of me and makes me want to run the other way. I would love to make my dream of running a successful photography business a reality!! I am getting more and more calls each day about shooting weddings and engagement photos and baby photos, and I feel like I am good at what I do but I know I could be making more money, I just need the tools to get me started. I want to learn how to market myself better and be confident in my pricing and packages! So it would be FANTASTICAL if you would pick me ;)! My website is a work in progress, and p.s.
